Monique Zhang’s Vision for Catwalk for Charitable Causes:

We create memorable catwalk experiences to raise awareness and funding for charity.

About

We bring you an experience of unique fashion with deep appreciation of beauty and style with like minded people.

We produce a bi-annual fashion giving program, FASHION FANTASIA, to benefit health and art-related organizations. Our production yields high quality visual art with creative energy incorporated stage art and lavish couture fashion making us a highly celebrated fashion event in San Francisco Bay Area.

Our fashion giving organization is Catwalk for Charitable Causes (CCC), a for public benefit 501C3 non-profit. Our visionary founder president Monique Zhang has followed in her mentor, the wearable art guru late Sandra Sakata, footsteps throwing lavish “East meets West” benefit fashion shows for the last 25 years. Trained in fashion design, styling and merchandising fields, Monique has worked for top-tier international department stores as creative director and opened her own Cicada boutiques in San Francisco, Santa Fe and Shanghai. Since 2015, Monique has focused on creating charity fashion giving productions that launch benefits for meaningful causes.

In recent years, Monique produced fundraising fashion programs for Pomeroy Rehabilitation Center for the special needed, Chinese Hospital, OnLok, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Funding the entire production herself as a volunteer and raising funding for those charities.

The journey of Fashion Fantasia production was meant for royal travelers in ancient times to seek mysterious wonders and gather priceless treasures for adornment, Fashion FANTASIA takes you on that mystical voyage through visual and audio curation on stage pairing with intricate creations from both local and international acclaimed designers.

Monique Zhang has a lot to say and offers celebrated guests her fashionable stories each time. Every time, her legacy mission is not only to raise continuously the awareness and funding for charity, also to set the bar for ultimate like minded participation in philanthropy. “Resonate! Let’s all have a good time and start with a good pairing of fashion able giving with style!!”
